Kandy City

The city of Kandy nestled high in the mountains in the center of the island of Sri Lanka.

The three hour ride from Colombo to Kandy travels through many towns and villages.  Each village is famous in one particular product ranging from cashews to furniture made out of coconut products.  This one was famous for corn.
